On your child’s 18th birthday the three-year rule comes into effect, so a claim needs to be started before they turn 21.

Road Traffic Accidents

We have dealt with matters in which clients have suffered life changing injuries, such as spinal and brain injury, as well as accidents which have been fatal. You can claim compensation if you were injured as a driver, a passenger, a motorcyclist or a cyclist at the time of the accident. Medical Negligence can be anything from failure to carry out the correct examination, misdiagnosis and below standard care provided. We understand that as well as compensation for your injuries you would like an answer as to why this happened and would appreciate an apology.

Work Accidents

You can claim for injuries you suffered due to the negligence of other employees, defective equipment, lack of training which led to your own injuries as well as defective premises.

This includes accidents in public places such as shops, supermarkets, and car parks. Common injuries people claim for are trips, slips and heavy objects falling over on you.
