Luke was called to the bar of England and Wales in 2012 as well as being called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the same year. Luke also qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2017 with a specialism in UK immigration law. He assists clients with all aspects of the UK immigration process, with particular focus on Sponsor Licence applications and Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker visas. Luke has experience advising a wide range of global clients across multiple sectors including aviation, technology, finance and charities. Luke has experience providing complex immigration advice to companies as well as dealing with cases with unusual circumstances for both private individuals and corporate entities. He provides guidance on applications for family migration routes including partner visas, settlement, and citizenship in the UK. Luke also advises and trains companies on ongoing UK immigration compliance. His advice is tailored to specific client needs and circumstances, ensuring the best outcome for each client.
