Qualification:

Annie is a Paralegal who assist Starck Uberoi’s Family and Civil Litigation Departments. Annie works closely with Partner and Head of Family Department, James Incledon, as well as Senior Associates, assisting on all aspects of Family law, including High-Net-Worth Financial Remedy cases, Child Arrangement matters, Specific Issue Applications and Prohibitive Steps Applications.

Annie assists in the day-to-day running of cases by drafting applications to court, collating financial disclosure, liaising with clients and attending hearings. Annie provides support to our Clients and Solicitors at hearings including at the Royal Courts of Justice and the Central Family Court.

Annie graduated from Northumbria University in July 2025 having completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) and Masters in Law.
