Avleen is a Conveyancing Paralegal who supports clients throughout the residential property transaction process with diligence, efficiency, and a client-focused approach. She holds a law degree from the University of Birmingham and is working towards qualifying as a solicitor via the SQE route.
In her current role, Avleen assists with a wide range of conveyancing matters, including drafting legal documentation, conducting property searches, liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties, and progressing files from instruction through to completion. Her background in business development has strengthened her communication skills and commercial awareness, enabling her to provide clear, practical support to clients at every stage of their transaction.
Avleen is enthusiastic about her legal journey and is committed to delivering a high standard of client care, ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the conveyancing process.
Outside of work, Avleen enjoys travelling, going to the gym, and trying new experiences.
