Gemma joined Starck Uberoi, having previously qualified as a solicitor at a top-tier practice, gaining experience in all aspects of family law. She went on to head up a legal tech company specialising in improving law firm efficiency and remains passionate about delivering the best possible service to clients, balancing the client’s priorities with proportionality in mind.
Gemma has particular experience supporting clients who have come out of emotionally difficult or controlling relationships, where matters require a careful and sensitive approach. She is known for her calm, empathetic manner, and her ability to put clients at ease while offering reassurance and setting out realistic outcomes, at times where they are going through a challenging time.
In her spare time, Gemma loves everything food-related, enjoys cooking, reformer Pilates, and exploring new places.
