Luke was called to the bar of England and Wales in 2012 as well as being called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the same year. Luke also qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2017 with a specialism in UK immigration law. He provides guidance on applications for family migration routes including partner visas, settlement, and citizenship in the UK.
