Nicola is an experienced consultant solicitor who has over 20 years of wills and probate experience. She is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly now rebranded as Lifetime Lawyers which is an independent, national organization of lawyers, such as solicitors, barristers, and legal executives who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. Only 1% of lawyers are members of Lifetime Lawyers. She is also a member of the Law Society’s Probate Section. Nicola completed the society of Trust and Estate Practitioner exams in 2008 and has the designation TEP after he name. Those who successfully pas these exams are the most experienced and knowledgeable in their field. She went on to complete the ACTAPS exams in 2010 – ACTAPS being the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
Nicola also holds an MBA (Masters in Business Administration), which she passed with distinction, as well as an LLB (Hons) law degree.”
