How does Material Information affect the value of the property?

In regard to council tax bands what about new builds? Or the cases of tenant exception from council tax (e.g. student housing)?
For new build properties, you’ll be able to enter the council tax band when determined. If it’s not available, there will be a “To be confirmed” option you can use instead.

There will be two additional qualifiers in the council tax fields – “Included” and “Exempt”. You should use these in relevant scenarios for properties such as student housing.
