We are pleased to announce that we have opened a new office in Brentford, west London (London Borough of Hounslow). Starck Uberoi Solicitors practice from the Dock House building which previously housed long-established solicitors, Anthony Holden Crofts & Co who practiced there for over 40 years until our acquisition.
Find a Brentford solicitor in our new offices which can be found on Brentford High Street, walking distance from Brentford County Court in a 3-storey newly refurbished and Covid-19 compliant building, opposite Morrisons supermarket. We are a short distance from Watermans Arts Centre and the world famous Royal Botanic Gardens in Kew. The nearest rail station is Brentford station, a 10-minute walk from our offices. The nearest underground is the Boston Manor (Piccadilly Line). The following bus routes can also be used to get to our offices: 235, 267, 267, E2, E8. For clients driving, we are situated just off the A4 and parking is available in the multi-storey car park adjacent to our office on Dock Road.
Starck Uberoi Solicitors’ expansion into Brentford brings a wealth of knowledge to the people of Brentford and surrounding areas including Kew, Richmond, Chiswick, Isleworth, Acton and Hounslow. We hope to bring the expertise of an expert Brentford solicitor to you.
We are located within walking distance from Brentford County Court and a Brentford solicitor can meet clients in person who need representation at short notice. Brentford County and Family Court was opened by the Lord Chancellor the Right Hon Lord Dilhorne in January 1963 and has been hearing cases at this venue ever since. These cases relate to children, family proceedings, evictions, housing possession and money claims. The County Courts does not deal with criminal matters, only civil matters where an individual or company are looking for a remedy for their infringed rights.
A Notary Public is required for a broad range of legal matters in which parties or assets involved are overseas. Our managing partner, Raminder Singh Uberoi, is a certified Notary Public who can assist with any of these matters. He works primarily as a solicitor in our Brentford office and provides efficient and reliable service with a fast turnaround.
Our conveyancing partner, Regina Bannigan, previously worked as a partner for J Scollan Property Lawyers in the Brentford area before she joined us in 2020. Her extensive experience has been invaluable to our conveyancing department and we now happily continue to provide our services for old clients of J Scollan Property Lawyers who are familiar with Regina’s aptitude.
One of the reasons we decided to buy and set up a new office in Brentford is because of the range of exciting new projects taking place to transform the town into a bustling cultural centre.
Brentford has received an injection of funding from the Outer London Fund and Hounslow Council amounting to £846,000. The idea is to build a welcoming and exciting town centre that is more inviting for pedestrians and cyclists, by putting on an enlivening programme of cultural events
The Market Place on the High Street and historic canal-side sheds north of the town centre have been improved to offer an enticing weekend market and regular local community events.
The Canal and River Trust have granted Art in Unusual Spaces and the Decorators a short licence to reanimate an empty shop on Brentford Works. Brentford Works is offering a place on the high street for independent entrepreneurs of all kinds to try out new business ideas; whether that be cargo bike hire or bike repair training sessions. This is to help encourage local start-ups and draw more people into the town centre.
A new riverside town centre in the heart of west London is being developed by the Ballymore Housing Project to improve and enhance the lives of both residents and visitors. The aim is to build a new residential area that includes around 1000 apartments, exciting dining, entertainment and retail options. This will be done by including facilities such as an open-air residents pool, state of the art gym and spa and beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy.
The project will also re-connect the High Street with the Waterfront, creating a place for Londoners to experience independent cultural waterside activities. This high street will become home to a range of market leading retailers, a boutique cinema and traditional shops including a bakery. The Waterfront and its public spaces will bustle with activity, triggered by the insertion of casual eateries, cafes and coffee shops into the area.
The development is currently under construction, with the first phase of development launched in September 2019.

Rivals may consider them just “A Bus Stop in Hounslow,” but Brentford Football Club have proven that they are a force to be reckoned with. Brentford F.C. have recently been promoted to the F.A. Premier League and now have a new home stadium near Kew Bridge, Brentford Community Stadium. We are proud to have been a local business club sponsor over the 2019/2020 season, and look forward to watching them soar to the top of the league table!
