This is a boundary dispute matter relating to a strip of land alongside a block of flats owned by our clients. It was critical that our client succeeded in asserting that the planned fenced off by his neighbour formed a part of his demise, as this additional space was required to allowed a multi-million-pound development. The case progressed through the First Tier Property Tribunal culminating in a two-day trial at which we were successful. A further facet of this dispute continues in relation to various car parking spaces and will likely be litigated through the FTT.
