A property was intended to be transferred to the son of our client however, it became apparent upon the death of a friend who assisted with the build of said property that it had in fact been transferred to that friend. This case has required in-depth examination of the conveyancing files and of particular transfer deeds and charges. An application will shortly be made to the Land Registry for rectification of the register. This is a complex case with significant witness evidence required.
